At The Loft Collectables, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging, with all seals and shrink wrap intact.
- The product must be in the same condition as it was received, with no signs of wear, damage, or use.
- All associated items, such as promotional materials or free gifts, must also be returned in their original, unopened condition.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened or used products, or for digital products, such as download codes or online subscriptions.

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you. Please note that customers are responsible for any price difference between the original and replacement products, as well as any additional shipping costs.
